The site purports to be a Spyder outlet site, selling low-priced ski suits. The product I received is not Spyder, not a ski suit, not the colour I ordered, and is not worth even the low price I paid. They claim to have a return policy, which is initiated by contacting them with your complaint, but they never reply.
