I thought I was in the USPS website to change my address, at a cost of $1.00. When I reviewed my bank account the charge was $59.95. I contacted the company and they agreed to reduce the cost by 50%, which is better than nothing. But I should never have been deceived by their website, and they are a total scam. Never use this company.
