I had my carpet cleaned when they cleaned it whey did not use water. I called back and they said they would sent someone out a week later. When the same man came out to clean it for the second time and it was not clean again it look the same. I talk to the manager in Michigan and he did nothing. I call another manager he said the would just clean the walk area not the whole house. I told him I paid for the whole. Then he said he would send a paper work to sign so he could send me my money back. But I got a letter in the mail said he did all he could do. And he sent a letter that said on the receipt we had heavily soiled, pet stain, odor and brown spots. That was on the copy on the original receipt it said nothing was checked. So if it was a problem it should been on the original receipt not the copy. I have been resolve this sense 2-18-2016 The cost was 107.00 Dollars.
