I have been bidding in their mail order auctions for several yrs & had no problem until this last auction. Their terms of sale specificly stated that the shipping costs would be actual expenses. When I got the bill for my winning lots, they charged me $85 for shipping. (the items came in one large & one medium flat rate USPS boxes) When I called to complain about the excessive charges, their man (wayne) told me they have to make a profit on shipping as they were losing money on the sale, (but they also charged 20% sales commission). I sent an e-mail to the vice president of the company (Christine), & she wrote back & confirmed their new policy. I agree that they can set the terms, but when their terms stated that the charges would be actual costs, they deceived me by charging me double. I wont be happy until I get my $50 back.
