My name is Sheraleen Cromb
I thought I was just getting a free trial and only having to pay $2.60 but all of a sudden i was charged an extra $182.58. The way it was set up didn't allow me to see that amount.. otherwise i would never have pressed confirm. I need this transaction to be cancelled ASAP as I have my rent coming out on Monday!!
And I can't afford to not have the money in there as i am applying for a loan soon.
Please rectify this amount!
