Around July 25 I was surfing the net when a windows pop up from my ISP to ask me for a survey (discovered on September 10 that it was not coming from them!). I found that unusual but complete the short survey of about 3 or 4 questions and after that I was offered to choose a free gift from 5 or 6 different sellers. I chose Garcinia Cambogia, a diet pill I never heard about. I complete the form with my infos and they said the product was free but you have to pay for shipping and ask you your credit card infos and that's it. I am pretty sure I was not on their website but just completed a form. Couple of days later I received the product and my credit card was billed 4.95 U.S. on July 25 which was ok. Soon after they tried to call me several times but never answered the phone (they never left a message neither) Then, on September 6 they charged my card again for 119.86 U.S. without any notice or email before and on September 9 I received another bottle from them when I never ordered anything and it did not come with any bill at all and have no idea where they are in Ontario! I never saw their terms and conditions neither when I ordered. So on September 7 around 12:30 I phoned the Visa anti-fraud and told me they were aware of this scam and cancelled my credit card and sent me another one. But 3 days after I realised that the transaction occured anyway and was not happy. I phoned Visa and the Visa anti-fraud again and told me I wil not be refund because it was my fault!
