No free trial sent as stated on their web page but charged for shipping fees and an additional £56.87 for the juveneu cream for nothing in return.I have phoned up the company to which the retailer stated,he had cancelled my custom with the company, but very disappointed that they couldn't refund my money as they are claiming they haven't taken any money from my account.
