i rented a car August 28th 2016, for a total of 329.00 ,fee for car rental $129.00 and $200.00 dollar deposit ,rented the car for 1 week turned the car in sept 3 got a printout the car was filled with gas everything was good , pay
Was told me that I would receive my deposit back in my acct. 3-5 business days , after 3-5 business no deposit so I called Payless told me that the bank was holding my money for 7-14 days so i went to the bank they told me that they don't hold the deposit they post it as soon as Payless put in my acct. they gave me a print showing that Payless took the total amount of 329.00 but never returned so I called Payless then they told me that they hold the deposit from 7-14 days so I waited then call back last week they told me that they were putting in a ticket and that I should receive my deposit back in my acct. in 72 houses .so today the 19th I called them they told me again the bank is holding it so I called the bank and the banker pulled up my act. And she said the same as the the other banker that she see where they took the money they have not made the $200.00 deposit back in my acct. she don't let them tell you that we are holding your money because we don't hold it once they put it in your acct. we post the same day day so I called Payless car back now their telling their putting in another 72 hour ticket . I'm tired of calling them just want my deposit the car got a clean bill of health when I turned it in so just need my Money, and I have looked at some f their reviews on pissed off .comm and the people have the same complaint but they go as for as saying Payless have stolen their money.
