I received a call from 503-250-0547 was asked to answer 10 automated survey questions then was transferred to an operator who asked me to state my full name and zip code. I was then cut off and prompted to a recording about the description of the cruise and retrieval instructions. An advertisement for Home Security Services was then played. I found the whole process to be misleading and it needs to stop.
