Filed claim for leak in cooling system of car. they denied claim saying the part, a transfer tube, is not covered. Later they said the part was rusted out and not covered. That was a lie. The dealership never said anything about a rusted part. They now say hoses and tubes are not covered. They are also saying any part that transfers fluids is not covered. It changes with every conversation. I paid $2372 for "Platinum Elite" coverage in Feb 2011. The receipt from Direct Buy specifically says the Platinum Elite package includes Cooling System.
