I had to write a review, I'm writing in regards to this company as i used what i thought was the Toronto location but as i can see its 1 guy - Steve - and as well the address on the Canadian website is actually a dentist.

I ordered a three piece invitation set from this company that had silver foil printed on them. Steve assured me the foil printing would be a crisp print job and the paper being used was the one from his website that i sent a picture of. When i received the product the quality was not even close to being acceptable, and I could not give these products to my customer. If you look at the invitations, it is very noticeable that the foil didn't print or it chipped off in many places, it also is not crisp the foil spreads outside of the print areas. As well the paper used was nothing like the picture from his website that i sent Steve

I asked Steve if he can fix this problem and he refuses to even acknowledge that the quality of this product is not good. I sent him many pictures, he than told me it is probably just the first invitation on the top and the rest are fine, so I sent him another picture with a bunch of invitations in the same image. Steve than told me he has checked everything on his end and the their is no issues with the product.

His emails are really rude as well, ive been polite and calm because i want the best outcome but his responses are bizarre and sketchy.

Steve wrote:

Thank You for your criticism and yes we cannot offer you refund. And our customer care is better there is no problem in it, if you want me cut my belly and give it to you and we say we cannot do it and you expect this is not better customer care then it is just a matter is unrealistic thinking

I wrote:

Steve, if you cant give me a refund or partial refund please let me know. I think your company did not meet the expectations of what was promised. The quality of the invitations are not acceptable and foil is not crisp as you said in your previous email. The foil is chipped off on every invitation in many places. As a business you should have better customer service.

Just beware, hopefully no one else falls for this company.
