On 09/06/16 I placed an order for a sample of Garcinia Slim capsules. I failed to read all their conditions, and on 09/20/16 a charge of $89.31 appeared on my bank account. I immediately called 877-743-9170 to ask for a refund. I was told I failed to submit a cancellation by 14 days and charged the full amount for the product. I added 6 and 14 and said cancellation period was ended that day. No, he said, the day I ordered was the 1st day and had ended the day before. After some arguing about the companies deceptive marketing he agreed to issue a refund. I was only given 1/2 the charge, $44.45; so I called again. This time, Nell, answered and after my threats of exposing them was offered 1/2 of the remaining balance plus a voucher for use at any store, restaurant, etc. I have not received an email yet with the promised voucher, and will not know about the refund for 2-5 days. Stay away from any offers of "free samples"; it's just a way to make money on overpriced products.
