I have had the same situation as others with Linda Williams from Earth Trade Company. She has been in contact with me since 10/3/2011. I was very hesistant to start business with her. After she sent me her business checking account information to pay off my credit cards, I felt maybe it was legit, until I found these reports from others. I paid off 4 cards with her Bank of America checking account on 11/13/11 and then read how she is reversing the payment 7-10 days later after purchases have all ready been made. I have not made any purchases. I immediately contacted my credit cards to inform them of what is going on with others involved with Earth Trade. Thanks to those have posted their experiences. If anybody feels this company is legit, please let me know. Sounded like a great idea, but I can't risk being scamed. When I emailed Linda of what I found out about her, this is the reponse I received:


"Amanda

We know about this post. The person who made that post had been
offered with position couple weeks ago and we started the purchasing
process. Yes, we asked her to buy laptops and provided the company's
money to her credit card. We did it without her personal information and
transaction was legal and clear. We gave the assignment to this lady and
she said that she bought laptops and shipped them out. We supplied the
shipping labels and she used them to ship items out. The shipping
process was paid by company.
When our customs manager opened boxes she sent he was really surprised
because all boxes were with rocks and other debris. We was really
surprised that we trusted our money to that person but she cheated and
stole our money!

We had reported to our bank and bank had refunded money back after their
investigation. We did prove the bank fraud department the situation and
money was returned back.

Here is an answer on question like "How can you trust your money to
person you have never met" . The answer is here. We can trust money if
we have the protection from credit card company. If we foll in
situation when our money could be stolen we always could contact the
credit card company and request an investigation. The money could be
returned if credit card company has a proof that the theft was.

It's your rights to proceed this offer or not.
