Purchased a large coach handbag and sunglasses on August 14th, 2016, on August 17th noticed my bank statement said it was $20.00 more then the price plus shipping and I was charged an international transaction fee which also was not on the purchase page of their company website! I went back on the website (which I had to make a user name and password when I first got on the website and I went to the "tracking your purchases" icon and it showed I had no purchases at all! So I emailed the company and got an email back saying to be patient and they gave me some so called tracking number which did NOT work at all! So I replied back to their email stating that tracking information does not work and I never heard back from them and I have emailed them numerous times with no response! I then went back on the website and the website was gone! Instead it was a GO DADDY DOMAIN SITE! I was able to speak with one of their representatives who told me it was probably a scam site and gave me the name and number of the REAL coach site and I left a message and got a call back from the counterfeit division and she asked me to email her the information and she would email me back stating their site was fraudulent so I can give info to the bank to maybe help recoup my Money but no promise on that happening!! I hope this helps other people to be very careful and I will never buy anymore merchandize unless I know its a reputable company and use PayPal from no on!!!
