To my surprise, my credit card was charged US$210.92 on September 30/2016 at 3:40 am for products I did not ordered. I was sent an invoice and order confirmation number with a customer service phone # 18443210199. The CSR informed me that I was outside the refund policy and that I have an account with them for which they could not confirm when I opened that account. I cancelled that fictitious account and fought with the CSR for more than 1 hours before she agreed to give a full refund. She also sent me a confirmation email for the refund and cancellation. The CSR told me the company is located on Dixie Road, Mississauga but could not provide an exact address. For people who have been scammed by this company, do not listen to their BS and fight them and they will end up refunding your money.
