This company sells "luxury" phone cases.
Instead, I received a plastic phone case.
When I emailed them, they insisted that it WAS high-quality leather but if I really wanted to return it that it must come via trackable shipping because they wouldn't want it to "mysteriously disappear" - their words exactly in the email.
I took the package to UPS to send it back trackable and it would cost $300-$400 to send back to Italy from the US!
Even if I chose to try and send it back without being trackable, it would cost $40-$50.
So, this is the scam. They think you will just keep it instead of paying all that postage.
I contacted my credit card company and they are handling it for me.
