I had a quickbooks issue and was looking for support. i Googled quickbooks tech support and called number. Thinking I was talking with quickbooks support was lead told I had 47% file corruption and needed a patch to protect my files from any future corruptions. No work could be done unless I purchased a protection plan. A six month plan of $699 or 12 month plan for $999.00. I then contacted the real quickbooks to find that their plan is $299.00. I believe it was a complete Scam.
