I was double charged on my debit card in 7-11 stare in Colorado with the purchase I made on May 11. The Assistant manager gave me the number to call for refund. I did called that number and person created a case number and I follow up on the refund status almost 4 time a month started June 9, 2016 and everytime I call for the status the person and even manager or supervisor will say she/he will escalate or email the refund department but nothing happen until this time. It is sooo frustrating that only $15 refund of my money they double charge cannot be resolve. I hope that this will not happen to anyone anymore.
