I too am a customer who was taken advantage of by this Company - Purchased a Seattle Seahawks Limited Edition Hoodie via a Facebook Ad that came up in my news feed thinking nothing of it when it comes to potentially being scammed as I have purchased many other items here and there and had no issues what so ever. Until this.. Ordered the item on Sept. 2nd, received the shipping confirmation on Sept. 13th and none the less was unable to ever track the item from the 'track my order' website it routed me too. Once i noticed it was being shipped China (EMS) i attempted alternate websites to track the order and still was unable to locate it.. Stating that the 'item was not found' or 'error' of some type. Taking legal action is a MUST @ this point, won't stand for it and could not be more frustrated with such a SCAM of a so-called Shopify associated company.
