A tire from a Grand Forks Bus came off and hit my parked vehicle.
This Troy Nelson from the NDFIRF denied the claim stating they were not negligent. How could they have not been negligent, when their tire, hit my parked vehicle. TROY NELSON has been VERY RUDE to everyone he has talked to in this case.
