My mother is 84 years old and suffers with dementia and is also hearing impaired. She ordered some joint supplements and some how she entered into an agreement with HolidaySavers and SaversCentral. I received her credit card statement and called on 9/3 about the amounts charged to her on 7/26 & 7/27; I spoke with Anna she was very nice and cancelled the subscription and said she would credit for the charges. I just received my mothers invoice and there are two new charges for the total of $35.76 and a credit of $35.76; the original amount was not credited. I called and spoke with Ian, he said this is his policy and was unwilling to help at all. I explained that my mother has dementia and hearing impaired and was unaware, he said they where not aware and he refused to credit the account. I asked to speak with a supervisor. He replied he was the supervisor, I asked who he reported to he said the CEO, I asked for he/or /she's name; he said it was confidential and refused to give it to me. I was upset and hung up. This is a scam in my opinion and unwilling to help this is not customer service in my opinion. BEWARE!!!
