I ordered a pair of shoes from Dorpsraadnieuwewetering.nl and received a confirmation of payment email from [email protected]. The order was for 89 Euros, and they took 147.28 CAD off my credit card. Shoe company website said 3 - 5 working days for delivery by DHL. Contacted all divisions of DHL, there is no order waiting for delivery. I have sent several emails to Shoe company email address and have not received a reply. I should have noticed when ordering there was no phone number or actual address but was placing the order for a friend. Assume that they had verified it was a reliable website. Have sent an email to [email protected] but they have not answered. Not sure what to do next.
