I was lead to believe that I could have the product for trial for a shipping charge of $4.95 each for the nuriva and the eye serum. After that my bank account was shown to have withdrawals totaling $185.30. I called the corporation and they could not offer a refund because they stated the product had been open. I stated the obvious to the customer service rep that why would it not be open if there was to be a trial period? They refused to refund my money, but cancelled my "membership".
