I registered with this company to receive training in preparation to take the postal exam. I viewed some of their "training " videos and did not find them helpful or informative. I called customer support and stated that I no longer wished to take the exam and did not plan on using this service. I was told that I already had and that the only way i can get a refund is to take the exam and fail. I have attempted to use the site to do this and can not find it during a web search. I did find that they have had several complaints filed against them and wanted to add mine.
