we paid them 218 dollars + 89 dollars for a second unit upstairs for cleaning air ducts .
We thought that they have to clean every duct like all company will do . But they only clean one duct for downstairs unit and one duct for upstairs unit . All duct company I later talk to , they all clean all the ducts for each system. This is a rift off for me .
I request that they have to refund me some money and please put my complain to the internet so that other customers won/t be caught like me . my email is : [email protected]
