Ordered 2 samples on 9/30/16. Paid for them with my credit card. Recieved them few days later in the same box shipped from PO Box 35368, St. Petersburg,FL. 33705, with no product information what so ever. I never recieved an e-mail with any information. I have been using the sample of face cream but am allergic to the eye serum. Looked at my credit card account yesterday and found a charge for $94.32 from GBPay*cem products. I did not plan to order product even if I had the information to do so. Have had no correspondence from them. Called the phone # several times and am always put on hold. After being on hold and waiting from 15 to 40 minutes I hang up. I want this charge taken off my credit card bill. Thank you for your help.
