Re Garcinia Cambogia Company
Received a free gift order in September and provided credit card for the shipping. On my next credit card statement they had charged me for two orders for the Diet Garcinia and the Green Coffee at over $100 each (approximately $300 Canadian).
I called and tried to cancel my order and was provided a minimal $32 refund. I called back and asked for a cancellation number which they refused to provide, telling me to call again at the end of the month if I changed my mind.
They AGAIN charged my credit card on October 30 at a discount price of $29 for both products and shipped them.
I spent hours on the phone yesterday with 3 different people. The first one hung up on me. The second one granted small refunds and order cancellation numbers. Spoke to their supervisor Robert Tylor who agreed to provide a refund for these two orders and told me my account was cancelled but would not give me anything in writing.
I have since spoken to my credit card company again and they have cancelled my card and will provide all details to their legal department. They will proceed with attempting to refund all moneys if I confirm with them, or have any further difficulty with Cambogia company.
