I ordered 2 pair of shoes (Lloyd Iowa Pacific & Aubergine) from a.m.site (looks like U.K. !?) and then received from CHINA two paires of ordinary/very cheap sport shoes.
I returned the package and try to get the right ordered shoes, but [email protected] do not want to make the right delivery or refund - it's just trying to get me into a game of "50 % discount on a new order - and keep the first one".
Question is : how can I get back my money ?
