I received a call today @ 1323 from the above number
He had an accent or pretend to have an accent. He said he was calling from Publishing Clearing House,and that I have won 2 MILLION dollars. Due to his accent,it was understanding him. After I stated I didn't understand him,he stated suck his "dick" and he was going to shove his "dick" up my ass. I called my local police and FBI and had this number BLOCKED !!!!!!!!!!!!
