Placed an order from what i believed was a UK trusted site thunderradiouk.uk.co for a gents Casio watch. To my surprise I received an email shortly after from [email protected] confirming my order and explaining that due to the foreign exchange rate, the amount displayed on my statement might be a little different from the original price.
After approximately one week I managed to track my order for the first time only to learn that it was coming from Shanghai and would take about four weeks.
When the package arrived it was in an unbranded box, with no product or warranty information and best of all it contained a Diesel wristwatch bearing no resemblance to my order which I could have purchased for half the price in the UK. Assuming this to be fake, I have tried contacting company several times but as yet they fail to respond.
