I heard about the hearing device on the radio and called over the phone for their 45 day free trial. I called two weeks before the 45 days were up and told them I did not want to be charged for this device or any penalty fee. They told me not to worry about it and just have my wife try out the unit for the full 45 days. I called the company back after they 45 day trial was over and they said I had to purchase the product because I Failed to call them before the free trial ended. This company is a fraud. They lie to you and then try to take advantage of anybody they can!!!!
