I wish I had more details. Sometime in September I ordered Adrienne Vittadini shoes on-line. Yesterday I received a pair or shoes - wrong designer, wrong pattern, wrong size, incredibly ugly. I cannot find any piece of information to follow up with them about an exchange. All I have is this name and address on the packing slip. I should have known better than to order from an unknown source. Very disappointing.
