I purchase a bag online, waited 4 weeks and received another bag which I did not order- cheap and clearly not the bag I had ordered. I contacted them 4 different times with no response. They say online that they welcome returns easily, but there is no where to return and no way to get in touch with them. I filed a complaint against them with the BBB.org online and nothing there. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS
