I have a Ford F-150 I bought from them. I also brought a warranty when I bought the truck. Now my truck has two lifters that or not working. One on each side. They are telling the Ford place they will fix one side but not the other side. If both sides need to be fixed why would you fix one side? This means I will have to pay to have the other side fixed. The Crossroad Ford place in Southern pines has my truck and we are waiting on a phone to tell us what they are going to fix. This is the reason I bought this warranty. Ford has a habit of this happen to their trucks and I want mine fixed.
