Signed up for the 4.95 trial and received the products with no packing information or contact information. They proceeded to charge my account for both products received in the trial and the second shipment. They apparently ship every 30 days. I called and they said they sent an email confirming the information and stating the terms and agreements so there is no refunds or returns. I NEVER RECEIVED THE EMAIL ON HOW TO CANCEL OR ON THE TERMS THAT THEY SAID I ACCEPTED. No where did I ever see the price stated, until it showed up on my credit card statement. They finally agreed to cancel my account, that I never signed up for and said there would be no additional charges. They said they would credit my card with a 25% refund. If that happens I will be out $350 instead of $400, so still a major rip-off. I am not holding my breath for the 25% refund.
