I ordered a thick fleece Ravens jacket in a size 2XX for my son. They took the money out of my bank account on October 11, 2016. I never received the jacket and I looked up SupahKool on google and I noticed many complaints, the same issues that I experienced. They sent me a message on October 11, 2016, the same day that they took the money out of my bank account. It says you can track the order but you can't because it says to track but it only shows you what you ordered and an order number but there is no way to track the order. The money that was taken out of my account does not say SupahKool, it saus JUST DEAL WITH IT and all of the other complaints say the same thing. This website needs to be shut down and stop taking innocent people's money from them. I don't understand how they are gerring away with this.
