09/19: forced to agree to try Dermafix product while completing a survey for pay. Searched for conditions, did not see any. Received product, unpacked but set aside to use when done with product then using. 10/05 : visa charged $98.41. Believed this to be for a new delivery. 'Phoned company, agreed to return package unopened. No product received, called again, charge was for trial product. Returned that, bottle unopened, in new packaging10/25. Package received by company. 11/14 called to enquire about refund. Told product had been used. Called twice, hung up on me.
So, I am out over $100 for a product I did not use & only ordered because the survey would not allow me to continue without doing so - and, 'no' I no longer complete surveys! As a retiree, this is an amount I cannot afford to lose.
