Australian $21 disappeared out of my Telstra mobile account just one day (16/11) I had recharged $30 into my account. Rang Telstra and told them to contact the Federal Police as this is a case of theft. I never had subscribed to any Premium Service. Telstra then had the nerve to tell me I have to ring 1300 886 232 to cancel this "subscription"??
