This Person posting ads in Craigslist in the name of WIlliam G Manias which i doubt as fake name to hire people to post ads for him in craigslist with list of fake rental properties. He make the person to create new gmail account and post the properties in their name. He/she does the same to me when i listed the properties for him he promised to pay me $400 per week and he promised to advance in 48 hours from the starting day.

He/she never paid my salary even after a month and when i checked his/her response to the inquiries received through the advertisement he never show any proof for his ownership for the properties he listed. He/she literally forcing the people to put the deposit without even checking his owner details and he/she use following accounts to get payment

He/she is a cheater and he is getting deposits from people by using innocent people who looking for job. He cheated many people in the name of rental agent. So Beware of this cheater and Don't trust these kind of people, i am proceeding to sue him/her.
