Marketing campaigns with Holiday 1 year memberships marked down to only $5.00 a month & offered to break the payment down into monthy installments of $5.00 charged each month for the full year. This was offereing you the Premium Service (Full Access) was the term they use but the site terminology is Premium, so that's where the red flags start. Then they have cross sale promotions that they sign you up for without any knowledge and this promo got me for pending monthy dues of $1.20 per cross sale per month. This is a complete scam , when you receive your confirmation emails with log in info it logs you into the same low end access you had when you were just using it as a guest with only 1 minute to view each of the scenes so I tired to call and your unable to speak with a customer service rep that works at this company. They farm it out to a phone answing service that does not have a clue regarding the company or functions and insturcted me on how to reach them and it was only email which I did twice already w/ not reply back after 24hrs.
