In November I made a purchase through facebook, a women's bag on PRADA page (prada 1BA567 leather tote in RED) .
The order was paid with my visacard on 23/11/2016 ,the amounts was debited in the some day (€ 87.20 ) with the Following identifications:
Order N° 588815.
After the payment , they send me a message :They received it , amd I''ll received a confirmation by mail and I'll received my order on 6 days .
Also they invited me to visited the hop : www.pradaoutletxyz.com.
I have not received any order until today. I considered it to have been stolen until proof to the contrary .
How can I have backmy money?
What is the legal orientation that I should follow?
