I bought something online thru there website-paid for the item but have not received it. When you purchase and enter your card # it says you bought it and it provides an invoice, but as soon as you go back in to check the status it says" awaiting payment" so they have your card # but the consumer doesn't get the item. You can only contact them thru email and ive sent daily emails and no replies- no callbacks- no NOTHING!
