i got a 30 day free sample from this company all i had to do is pay shipping. i cancelled the order by email and by phone 7 days after the shipment so far 4.94 shipping has turned into the above amount i called them yesterday she said they are going to keep my money no matter how much i complained i told her i will turn it over to my bank so far the charges are disputed
