I actually got my Cowboys sweater. We made an initial email within 2 weeks. A nice lady named Ivy emailed us back saying it was stuck in customs and we should be wearing it already. She said she would send out a new unit, as this would be faster, and to let her know if the original one ever comes.We emailed back thinking her for resolving this for us. Then sent a follow up email asking for a tracking number. Well a week later I find this site and all these bad reviews, and we realize we still don't have a tracking number, and we only have 60 days to dispute with PayPal. So I tell her to start the dispute. THE VERY NEXT DAY we get an email from IVY with a transcript of out package being. Accepted and moved to several chineese phacilities, and a tracking number from EMS, a chineese shipping company. We were able to track it now, but it said it had been sitting at the same Chinese phacility for 4 days after being bounced around, starting from 4 days from. Ivys original email. Decide to leave e the PayPal dispute open, as we are still skeptical. We'll wouldn't you know it, it actually came today. My Cowboys Sweatshirt arrived today, and I really love it. The quality of the fur inside is so soft, and feels well made. Just thought I'd post my story, and have closed my PayPal dispute. Hoping I still get the original one. Hahaha
