Nuriva and Renaderm

I requested the trial size for $4.00 Nuriva. They added $.95. They also sent Renaderm for $4.00 and the additional $.95. On 11/28 my checking account was debited$99.15 and 86.15. No product ever came but I did not want it and never requested it. I called and was told the order would be cancelled. I called 844-888-3832 and a woman named Devyn told me she would cancel it. This was 11/30. They never returned the money to my account and I never received a product. I told her I was a widow on Social Security and if they kept charging me,I would have give up eating.
My original order #was 3777510. I want to make sure they don't charge me again. please help.
