Ordered 10 x 50g UBS gold bars from this company - after many delays and hoop jumping, they finally sent the order. Sadly, the bars arrived not as pictured on the website, in completely different assay card style.
Jennifer Shields responded quickly saying it's gold, so they've done nothing wrong. Now they won't respond to any further emails. Lying scamming amateurs.
Big order - clearly they have no interest in customer retention or future sales. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
