I completed a survey through Amazon from an email I received and upon completion of the survey I was awarded a free watch and all I had to pay was shipping and handling which was $5.95. I received the product and then of course after 14 days I was charged $98.00 and then $ 89.99 for a necklace. So I called them of course to let them know I did not authorize these charges and would like a full refund. So the representative tells me because I am out of my 14 day trial period that they can not refund me my money. After arguing with the representative she had the nerve to say well we can refund you half of your money back. So I told her that they will hear from my attorney. Never again will I accept anything from them.
