Who are you, what are you, where are you, how do I contact you, PLEASE CONTACT ME. You, whoever you are, have kept your identity a mystery. The only way I can contact you is through the Fulfillment Center. I am requesting you STOP, cancel, discontinue, quit sending your product. I have received two (2) shipments so far. I DO NOT WANT anymore. In fact, the first shipment contained 2 of the 3 items broken. Fortunately mailer absorbed most of oil leakage and cream smear. The second shipment has not been opened. Please provide return mailing instructions and mailing label and credit back charged amount so that I can return both damaged items and recent items. I believe the original request was a trial order placed in November 2016. Other than the return address, FULFILMENT CENTER, P.O. Box 61553, Savannah, GA. 31415, no other information is provided. NO invoice, no telephone number, no company name, no customer service number, no e-mail address, and no who authorized shipment. Please advise or point me to someone who can help. Thank You. Sharon D.
