I shopped at amazon and shortly after got an email saying if you take a survey you can choose a gift for only a $5.99 shipping fee. I did and a month later I was sent the wrong item. I called and they went on an on saying they would send the right item and for me to call back in January. I said no I won't remember, close my account . They gave me the hardest time to close it. After 15 minutes I told them I was calling my credit card company and hung up. They called me right back saying they closed it. Although it was only $5.99 I have heard that other people said they took more from that afterwards.
