I ordered on line from The Coach Store - a purse for my sister for Christmas on Nov 28th. After several inquiries, they finally sent me a tracking number. On Dec. 24th I found out that my order was shipped to Hong Kong, China on 12/14/16. I was promised it would be here for Christmas. It was not. I have requested twice that my credit card be reimbursed and to cancel my order. As of this morning, I have not been credited nor have they responded to my request to cancel the order. I honestly feel that this is not the Coach Store I know and that it could be a scam.
Please advise me if there is something else I should be doing to get my money back.
